To protect your time and ours, and to ensure every client receives the best possible experience, please review our studio policies before your appointment.

These guidelines help us maintain a calm, efficient, and respectful environment for everyone.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand that life happens - things come up, kids get sick, schedules shift.
If you need to cancel or reschedule:

Please give at least 24 hours' notice

This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client.

Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a fee

This helps protect our small business and our time.

No-call / no-show appointments will be charged a full-service fee or forfeit their deposit (if applicable)

Thank you for respecting our time as we respect yours.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment.

If you are 10+ minutes late, we may need to shorten your appointment

This ensures we stay on schedule for all clients.

If you are 15+ minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment

Late arrivals may result in a late fee or forfeiture of deposit depending on the service.

If you’re running behind, please text or call, communication is always appreciated.

NO-SHOW POLICY

A “no-show” is when a client does not arrive and does not contact us in advance.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service or lose their deposit

No-shows may result in being unable to rebook.

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

To provide safe, effective treatments:

Please disclose any health conditions, medications, recent procedures, or skin concerns

Do not arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol

If you are sick or contagious, please reschedule

For tattoo removal: wait at least 4–6 weeks between sessions

For laser services: avoid tanning, sunburns, and self-tanner before appointments

Your health is always more important than an appointment!

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Clients must be:

18+ for laser tattoo removal and body contouring

16+ for facials and chemical peels (with parent/guardian consent)

No minors permitted to receive laser hair removal unless specifically evaluated

A parent or guardian must sign in-person consent for minors receiving any permitted service.

PHOTOS & RESULTS

We may take before/after photos for documentation and progress tracking.

Every client’s skin, tattoo, and body are unique - results vary

We always provide realistic expectations and honest timelines.

SATISFACTION POLICY

Your experience matters deeply to us. If you have concerns, please contact us within 48 hours so we can support, guide, or reassure you.
