A quick note- 10/28/2025

Recently, Undo Tattoo and Laser was featured in a national article highlighting professionals who help remove hate or gang-related tattoos. While this attention has brought many kind messages of support, it’s also brought a few misunderstandings. We offer judgement free removals for all tattoos. We do not require incarceration paperwork, doctor notes, or PO officer paperwork to "prove" that a person had involvement in certain groups. 

To be clear, our work has always been about healing, not hiding.

The free tattoo removal program at Undo Tattoo and Laser was created to give people a safe, judgment-free chance to move forward in life. Removing a symbol of hate or violence can be a powerful act of release and growth. We have never accepted someone for tattoo removal who had the wrong intentions, HOWEVER we have had clients who, partway through their 10+ treatments, revealed motives that contradicted what they originally shared.

For safety and ethical reasons, as of May 2025, we no longer accepted removals of racist or hate-related tattoos. That decision came after a personal experience where a client, who had developed an inappropriate personal fixation, and began stalking after his appointments. When he later revealed that he was removing his tattoo to hide his beliefs rather than change them- and became angry upon learning at that time that i was in an interracial relationship.... it turned into a very frightening safety situation for me and my family.

We still proudly offer free gang-related tattoo removals, because I deeply believe in helping people who are truly ready to change and leave that part of their past behind.

Our work will always be rooted in compassion, safety, and genuine transformation, never in helping someone conceal hate.
